Hello, I am very confused on what procedures to take in relation to retrieving purchased software ,namely (RFP 2nd Generation)from the Avsim Store . I have e-mailed them 6 days ago and no answer !There is no Heading on their web site that leads me to such a situation, the situation being lost programs , keys, etc. I have emailed other vendors to gain access to my purchased software and they ( other vendors ) have sent me the information right away. Excellent customer service on their part. However, the cutomer service at the Avsim Store leaves my curious. Does anyone have any suggestions ? has anyone come across this problem before ?Thanking you in advanceBest Wishes Robert

Hi Doug , Thanks for the response.I sent an email to Vmax@simpilot.com on March 2nd/2005 about retreiving the file of the RFP 2nd Gen (Upgrade)I had purcased from the company on line and to date have not heard back from them. I do not at present have time to give them a call at the number given by you above, Hopefully they will respond soon by email.I am a student so finance is important and therefore I'am unable to afford a repurchase. Thanks again Doug for your help.Best Regards ,Robert

Robert - There is nothing to worry about. You won't have to repurchase anything. Marty Arant at Vmax is very reliable and will make things right. I would send them another e-mail though. Did you ever get any sort of e-mail from them regarding the original purchase? If not, you may want to also check with your credit card company to see if the transaction actually processed. If the charge has been made and you don't get a response on a second e-mail then I'd begin to suspect that a spam blocker or something similar may be redirecting the e-mail responses. Doug

Spam blocker is most likely the cause. But, just in case, I have forwarded to Marty the link to this thread, and I do know that he gets my mail (he doesn't always read it, but he does get it.. :) ). Rest assured, he will take care of you.

Hi guys,Thanks alot for the support you have given me. Today I received a link to my RFP-2nd generation download from Martin. He apologized for the delay and in fact Tom you were right, his spam blocker had blocked my emails. So in closing thanks Tom for emailing him about the problem, and thanks Doug for your help as well. There customer service is good.Best Regards ,Robert
