Train carrying 737 fuselages derails.

Recommended Posts

Think it happened last Thursday, but still an expensive accident.

Just realized I spelled train wrong (train)! Fixing it now.

EDIT: Never mind... looks like I can't! Everybody, just pretend that trian says train. Ladies and gentlemen, that is why you proofread .

I grew up on the Clark Fork River in Montana about 3 miles from where this accident occurred. I know that bend very well. There was a serious train derailment where chemicals cars lost their load in the same location about 30 years ago.

This is three out of their current 2000+ orders so it won't have a major impact on things. Boeing is VERY diplomatic about being late, as a matter of fact they are the best on the world at it.

ANZ is extremely happy with the delivery of their very late 787-9's for example but Boeing did sell a few 777's at a lower rate to make up for that.

Wow what a loss, I call dibs on the one with the crack in the fuselage if they cut it off there I can have a first class section in my home cockpit.

I'm surprised, the news media hasn't had their "aviation experts" on TV, claiming it was probably pilot error.
