Any Beech 99 or Piper PA31-310 dev. going on?

So,

 

After having OCed my 2 core system to 4.5 Ghz, I can now enjoy FSX when it comes to GA.

 

What I really miss is a really good Beech 99 or Piper Navajo PA31-310.

 

Anyone happens to have some info if any of those are under development? I know about the Premier B99, but .... :unsure:

 

The picture shows the PA31-310 which my dad flew by himself from the Piper factory over to Sweden

in 1974. The first one during a stop at Gander and the second with the operating colors.

Payware:  FSD has their Piper PA-31, it is a FS9 model that was ported to make it mostly FSX compatible.  I have it, it's ok, but it has some problems with switches not working properly in FSX as well as the usual FSX visual anomalies.

 

Freeware:  Premier Aircraft Design has a pretty nice looking Beech 99.

Thanks for the tip. I have the FSD Piper from the day it was released. But that is not what I mean. I mean a 310 model with the short enginegondoles,

and with todays standards. The same goes for the B99 regarding standards. :rolleyes:

Well,...guess I have to learn plane modelling myself then. B)

 

Just a thought,...when seeing how many King Air 200s, Barons, Bonanzas etc etc available, it ´s kind of strange why the Beech 99 has been so neglected. I mean, that plane and the PA31-310 for sure has been true workhorses through the years. :unsure:

There are thousands of King Air 200's, Barons, and Bonanzas filling today's skies.  How many BE99's are still flying?  As for the Piper PA-31 series, still lots of those hauling passengers and cargo through the skies.  I would have thought with the FSD model being so old that someone would have developed a PA-31 series specifically for FSX.  But, we finally got a Cessna 401, how many years of begging did that take?

Flight Replicas have a PA 31 on their " in the pipeline" list. Not sure which model PA 31 though... Edit. It is a PA 31-350

OOPS!    I meant to say Cessna 402.  Flysimware recently introduced an FSX-SP2 native Cessna 402C. 

 

I do think that developers look at demand for products before producing them.  How many Beech 99's are still flying?  How many people are willing to purchase a Beech 99 for a flight sim?
