Followed the CMD instructions but still doesn't work do i have to download the dll file or something?

Look up the missing file name. Do the direct zip download, NOT the fixer. Click on the + sign for detailed installation instructions.

 

Is this the missing file?

I do not know if the fixer version installs extra items like adware.
