Been a while, how about an update?

I haven't been here in quite some time. Been messing with HL2 and the Nascar Sims, as well as FS9, but comp. is showing it's age. With a major upgrade on my horizon, I thought I'd see what was going on with FS. I saw FS9 at several stores recently for $29.00, bargain bin pricing for a MS product. What gives? I thought a new FS wasn't coming for a while, heck, they just hired a bunch of people for it so it can't be any time soon. Or am I wrong? Does anyone have any info on the next FS and when we might expect it?CH

Nobody knows anything for sure. The best guess I have from my interpretation of the the meager information available is spring or summer 2006. But, everyone has an opinion on this one and the dates vary widely. Some even say there won't be a new version at all but that's highly unlikely.Doug
