Since there is an EPR rating, im assuming RR engines on a 200? Looks to me as if this was taken shortly after shut down (at the gate).

Fuel temp is +18 degrees, looks more like the aircraft has been sitting there for a while.

Could also be Pratt & Whitney. General Electric seems to be the only one not to use EPR. Normally, I'd say you can tell the difference by looking at the lower display because the Rolls-Royce engine has N3 whereas the Pratt & Whitney engine only goes up to N2, but the lower display in that screenshot doesn't tell you anything about that.
