300ER & GSX config

An issue I found was that the PMDG custom door open marker references, say, 5L or 5R, but GSX cant seem to recognise more than 5 doors - using their own editor. If you edit the .cfg file manually, it seems to recognise it.

I ended up uninstalling GSX as it was causing all kinds of problems. (bad frame rates, freezes, etc)

Now everything is OK again.

I think PMDG Operations Center takes care about for every model installed, soon or later, who knows. I am afraid to do GSX changes so, I leave it alone for now.
