I would have used ETOPS-180, which all B777s are capable of, and CYQX/EINN as the alternates. This yields one ETP.  I pick usually pick these pairs because they are known airline diversion points and I assume any diversion point used for planning already has the necessary plans in place for taking care of pax at facilities with limited support.  If my route is further north I may elect CYYR/BIKF.

Do not get too concerned with the distances of the rings, rather, you can simply place a fix at the first exit and last last entry point on a FIX page.  The 450-ish value is the 60-min time to station, and only significance is its time to do a few checks before going ETOPS.  The important point is the ETP.
