Door Problem

Hello

 

In the 777-300 I was using the BA Livery from the OC and I cannot close the main door or the cargo doors. I dont have this issue with House Livery. I have even tried the assignment key and I cannot get it to work, any idea?

I cannot open the cargo hatches yes I have tried with APU running and with engine running.

My problem is even if I open ALL THE DOORS ON THE 300ER (incl. Cargo doors) , GSX still says ..Waiting for you to open exit 2

I read somewhere on the GSX forum that they would be bringing an update for PMDG 300ER. Not sure when
