Note for PMDG - Found a minor bug

Recommended Posts

Dear Ryan, Tabs and the PMDG team

This is not a big one, just a little niggle and easy to work around. After just purchasing the PMDG 777-300 I set too setting up my joystick button for the doors, many was the same as the 200, however they needed a tweak due to the extra doors.

In the FMC under PMDG SETUP / OPTIONS / KEY COMMANDS / DOORS;

Entry door 1L - controls Entry door 1L

Entry door 1R - controls Entry door 2R

Entry door 2L - controls Entry door 2L

Entry door 2R - controls Entry door 2R

Entry door 3L - Controls Overwing exit L

Entry door 3R - Controls Overwing exit R

Entry door 4L - Controls Entry door 3L

Entry door 4R - Controls Entry door 3R

Overwing exit L - Controls Entry door 4L

Overwing exit R - Controls Entry door 4R

Not complaining as it is easy to adjust things, just thought I would bring it to your attention as I know you like perfection.

I've been on the real plane when you walk past the overwing exit it says 3L or 3R. And at the rear there is a 5L and a 5R.

But the controls in the door panel to close the doors are labelled as Overwing doorsand control the overwing doors. There is no door 5L or 5R listed anywhere. Like I said, not a problem, just wanted them to know.
