buttkicker

Recommended Posts

I'm testing opusfsx in demo mode with buttkicker support. The engine vibration seems to react in an unnatural way. The throttle/vibration is increasing in steps insteat of continious.

Is this due to bad settings or equipment?

Are you on the ground or airborne where other frequencies may be mixing. Read and follow our ButtKicker manual, then test your audio, set your Master volume, set default levels in the BK Configure dialog and finally test the vibration effect in the dialog. Then you should be ready. The audio control may step during frequency changes but not during volume adjustments. Also make sure you have selected the correct aircraft type (light or heavy) in your DHM dialog. Either the General DHM or any DHM assigned to Live Camera views. Then all should be ok.
