I purchased a couple of the ATT Natural voices several years ago but apparently they are no longer for sale.

You can give Ivona a try. They are expensive, but very good.

I purchased a package deal from Ivona and got a much lower price each, but they are still not cheap.

 

Another source is Windows 8.  It comes with 2 English voices, but more importantly, you can install culture packs that add a few voices.  I'm up to 5 now.  I got one for India when installing the English-GB pack, and 2 Spanish ones, one from Spanish-Spain, and I believe the other from Spanish-Columbia.  The Spanish ones speak English with a very realistic Spanish accent and pronunciation.  Sounds like you're flying in a Spanish speaking country! 

 

So if you have Windows 8, give some language packs a try and let us know what you find!

I notice that Amazon has Ivona pack of 5 for 167.00...essentially, one free voice.

 

This package has English from England, Wales, Australia and the US...
