General Questions About Aviation Conferences.

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone :)

As you know, or you don't know that I am a High School student in US, Connecticut. Let's put my love and passion to Aviation to a side and get to the questions...

I wanted to know if there is any good Aviation Conferences in USA around winter? Also I would like to "enjoy" the conference - a good conference :)

Even not in Winter, if you know any good and worthy Aviation conferences, please provide some information and help a brother...

Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)

What sort of interest do you have?  GA, Corporate, Airline, Airports, Engineering?    A popular magazine has http://events.aviationweek.com/

From what I remember, some conferences are not cheap to get into.  But there may be ways to get into it free such as if you know someone who is exhibiting at one, sometimes they get free day passes.  Granted, I was supposed to have one one time through work, but they claimed they had none available at that moment.  Somehow I was able to get in anyways.  My boss would of been ###### to learn that I had gone all that way and not be able to get in.  From my point of view, conferences are not all that great unless you have a goal and are going to buy something (and you have the authority to research, make recommendations and purchase (perhaps to a lesser extent)).  In this day and age of internet and youtube, you can research and learn just as much online.
