B373 NGX doesnt work

Hi,

     I recently purchased a B737NGX and winglets but when I try to use it nothing show. I tried starting it up from cold and dark but that doesn't work. The screens are just dark and the EICAS screen looks broken. I tried different liveries but that doesn't work either. I tried the engine and it works perfectly but I cant see my speed, altitude or anything from the PFD. What should I do

It seems that the installation has been corrupted - go to your aircraft folder and see if it's there with all of the files. Have you considered asking PMDG for help, they offer an excellent ticket support system, and it is their product. You would need to be more descriptive in your problem though, it's quite vague and could be any number of issues.

Add four and you get a Stratocruiser. Must be some kind of conspiracy.
