Single Magneto RPM Decrease

Recommended Posts

Is there a way to better simulate RPM drop while operating on single magneto; for example, during engine run-up procedures?

A2A (C172, PA28) and RealAir (B60) correctly simulate an RPM decrease, whereas Carenado aircraft (F33A, T210M, C206, etc) do not appear to decrease RPM  on single mag.

I've reviewed aircraft.cfgs, but can not locate any mag entries.

Strange, the default 172 definitely correctly simulates this and I thought that the Carenado 172 did as well.

Thanks. I'm trying to determine if this is something that might be corrected in aircraft.cfg. If not, I imagine it's something that is either modeled or not.
