No Airframes

I have no airframes for the PMDG 777 200, 300  and the 737NGX.  Outside views are non existent.  Everything else works O,K. All other Aircrafts I have do not have a problem. Any help will be much appreciated.

I don't understand the problem yet.... no airframes can be interpreted different ways. Such as, are they available as type aircraft in free flight or do they appear in the preview window when selected or to they load when selected?? Try a little more description and I'm sure help will be forthcoming.

When I go to the outside views the plane is not visible. All I can see is the interior of the cockpit.

Hello Brian,

after updating the 777: Did you run the EZCA configurator again? If you're using this program this could solve the issue...

I deleted programme FSUIP4 and the problem was resolved.  Thanks for your help .
