Here you go... At least qualifies as an "almost night"-shot...

So it's more realistic then.

But I would say that one can see much better at night then in v2.2. It seems almost as if LM changed the graphics such that the brightness and colors adapt to the lighting conditions. Just as your human eye does. You can see this by looking at some dark spot in the VC (at daylight) and then quickly looking outside (works best with TrackIR). At first, everything appears as if they added too much bloom and the scenery is way too bright, but after a few seconds this changes and the brightness and colors change to a realistic level. I really like this effect...

Rich is having a "dark" moment ... I have a similar issue but ONLY when using the SLI AFRFriendlyD3D.exe process ... normal processing (Prepar3d.exe) is fine.  Also, when running AFRFriendlyD3D.exe and I record with ShadowPlay or Fraps, they come out fine (not too dark).

I'm thinking it's an nVidia driver issue, but I don't know why it's affecting some but not others.

Did you ever try using a DVI-D cable on the DVI-D output port on the Titan into the DVI-D input port on your monitor?

Cheers, Rob.

As it was 1:0 am no Rob - but I can try it tonight - I believe it was the same when I did have the DVI-D connected I just started using Display port cable recently

It all looks like FSX to me - but here's p3d HDR vs non HDR on my rig (so many factors like what gamma settings is your monitor at could change this)

Non HDR looks better (darker), but HDR has better contrast
