What were you doing when you got that message? You need to give more info when you post questions like this.

 

By the way, I just look at your post history and see you've started around 16 or so new topics for all types of problems in the last 40 days. Everything from graphics problems to CTD's. I think your set up has serious problems and maybe you should wipe FSX of your drive and start fresh. Read some guides on set up that someone posted in one of your topics.
