REX Forum Access Denied

Recommended Posts

Is anyone else having a problem getting access to the REX support forums?

I'm a verified user for years and an ambassador to REX. Love the add-on!

I can't even add my order numbers to a signature section or post on their site.

I wonder why?

I see you have posted in the forums this year. Do you still have the "verified" under your avitar? Shows you as a member since 2009.

I don't see "verified." Maybe I need to check my eyes?

Hi Jose,

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I personally haven't received any correspondence from you, however I will look into this immediately.

EDIT: Your account was reset back to 'GUEST', I assume because of a forum update... this happened to several members. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

No problem.

I only posted here because I know that sometimes you check AVSIM.

Thank you!

Cheers! :)

On a side note, you and I have always had a great rapport, so there was no ill-will, simply a forum mishap.
