need help to add waypoints to FMC for 747-400x

Featured Replies

hello all

It has been a long time now that I have had a chance to flight sim,  Just over a year.    I want to try and get back to doing it at least once a week and I noticed that the route maps in the real world navigation have changed.    I was able to install a new route map update from aero.sors.fr

Now the problem I seem to be running into is that my FMC data for the queen is all dated 4/21/08

how would I go about getting it updated?

thanks for everyone's help in advance

If you subscribe to navigraph.com, there is an option there to purchase cyclic AIRAC cycles and running the installers fro individual developer's aircraft, e.g. PMDG, LDS, feelThere, etc, etc, you can this update your PMDG's 747-400 Queen of the Skies FMC data.

Hope that helps.

Ian,

Then you can't download the AIRAC updates and have you FMC up to date.

I update mine on a monthly basis with having subscribed to Navigraph. It's not expensive so deffo worth it. I think there is two options you can choice from.

Just check out www.Navigraph.com

Hello Ian

Head over to navigraph and take a look. Their customer service is second to none. And like Jason has just stated, it does not cost a great deal if you want to keep up to date with the AIRAC cycles as it more or less reflects R/W navdata.
