September 6, 201411 yr I have built a home cockpit that is configurable to different aircraft such as jets, twins, etc. i would like to be able to have a pop up window for my instrument panel for aircraft such as the Baron with G1000 etc. How can I configure it to make panels that are set in the VC to pop up and be moveable to my instrument panel? Thanks.
September 8, 201411 yr You will have to create a popup panel with a set of gauges that are equivalent to the VC gauges. In some older aircraft, the VC gauges will work in a popup window, in most newer aircraft, they are modeled in 3d and cannot be moved. Bert
September 8, 201411 yr I do not know of a tutorial, but reading the FSX SDK is where most of us, have started.. There is also a Panel Design forum in Avsim which is where you'll get the best advice. Bert
