Does anyone "on this forum" know how many versions of V2 we will likely see? Is a 2.4 being worked on? I have a very small issue with an FTX airport that I mistakenly ran without a triple installer, don't do that! The triple is available now but I can't seem to fix it, however, not the topic of this post . I will live without a single airport until another full install version is ready. 1.4 was the end for V1 so perhaps the next release, if it's imminent, will be the last before V3.

You can full install v2.3 too and as often as you want.

I don't think btw that 2.4 is the end of v2 like 1.4 was. It took LM 'ages' to get to 1.4 but 2.3 was there within 8 months or so. So that's not how LM looks at it. They just release what's needed, regardless the number of updates.

Sounds good, I'll wait till then to re-install everything.

They are planning to release 2.4 in 2014, though I think it might slip into 2015. Hopefully they won't stop at that because there are still plenty of things to fix and improve (like the shadow system).

JV from Orbx did mention P3Dv3 (which is years from now).  I hope LM keeps on releasing updates and revisions.  Each move forward makes the application better and better.

He has mentioned 3.0 (and for that he has hinted DirectX 12, enhanced lighting and better physics), and he has also mentioned 2.6. The thing is, does he know more than what we do or are those just some simple assumptions?
