Is your library completely empty?  Have you checked your FSX/AsddonScenery

folder....is it empty also?  Better check FSX/Scenery folder also for proper

Scenery folders.

Yes my library is completely empty but not my FSX/Addon folder.

OK, how about your main Scenery folder in FSX?

Have a look in C:|programData\microsoft\fsx and see if your scenery config is there. if it is, open in notepad and check contents. If empty or corrupted, you may need to do a repair, and add you 3rd party scenery back in

The scenery cfg in the above folder is the one that fsx reads, so it is important it is not deleted.

I had a similar problem installed a bad add on, or fouled up the insert procedure, and although the addons were there in numbers, they had lost their names in the list. Tried everything to get my list back, but in the end I had to reinstall....

There is a freeware tool called Scenery Config Editor. I'm not sure but IIRC there are a couple of tools in there that just might help you out if you're in luck.

I would also search for backups, if you're lucky you might be able to find backups of scenery.cfg that were made during installation of some of your addons.
