How to update FSX Map and waypoints

Hello All

 

   I have a interesting question regarding the FSX Map.    Is this a way to bring the FSX Map and waypoints up to date to match something like

the skyvector site?

 

and if there is a way it has to be done by someone who is not so computer bright.
