Cannot activate PMDG 737NGX 800/900

Greetings from Germany,

 

after a long term of using B777 of PMDG I decided to install my 737NGX for some short flights. During the activation process I got an error that my activation is denied by a policy. How can i solve this problem?

I use a originial Version of this plane which i bought in the PMDG store.
