Airbus X install error

Good Morning,

 

I have the Aerosoft Airbus X A318/319 installed to Prepar3d v2.3, I redownloaded from my account the FS2crew Aerosoft Airbus Button, when I try to install it I get an error message to say that the host aircraft does not appear to be installed.

Can you help me in this issue

No problem with me. I use the new Airbus in P3Dv2.3, too.

Hi, I downloaded it early this morning but I had read that someone reporting this also on Aerosoft Airbus X forum and a new installer was provided and now all is well.

Correct,

 

When I released the update, there was a small bug in the installer.  The installer checked for the presence of the A320/A321 before continuing.

 

I didn't realize the A318/A319 could be a bought separately.  

 

At any rate, I've fixed the installer by removing the A320/A321 check, and re-uploaded to to the FS2Crew server.

Hello Brian,

 

Is it possible to get the updated installer directly somehow?  I bought my version of FS2Crew for the Airbus thru Aerosoft.  I have downloaded v2.0 from their servers today and it still won't install for me.  Gives me the Error that the host aircraft does not appear to be installed.  I've posted on Aerosoft's forum and they said to ask you.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
