LOST SERIAL KEY !

Hey Guys, I was here at home when 2 guys at 02:00AM came into my home and steal everything !

Then i lost my Desktop and my Laptop, that was regestered my 2 serials of the 777LRX ! Please, if you can unregister my 2 serials and give me another, I'll be very grateful ! And i want to buy the 777-300ERX too, so i need the serials to download the 777LRX and then install the 777-300ERX!

If you're gonna need, i have all the billing informations, the order confirmation, my last serial key, and everuything that you want !

did u try open ticket or contact pmdg directly through their website?

The ONLY viable way to reach PMDG themselves, is throught the support portal at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

They are not guaranteed to see your message through any other way.

If you don't have an account yet at the support portal, you need to make one. It uses a different account from both that one here AND at the shop.

I don't think you need to get a new key. Its unlikely the thieves who took your computer intend to fly your planes. Its probably been formatted by now. 

 

Log into PMDG account.

 

 

Go to  

account menu > view previous orders > click on order number for 777-200lr > scroll down to product information > there is your serial key.
