December 26, 201411 yr Hopefully he's working on support for FSX and FSX SE. Im sure there's lot's of us that need this tool.
October 5, 201510 yr Dear all, can this be used to create a one image external camera to solve distortion from one projector to a cylindrical screen? Today I use Immersive Display PRO for it. Thank you !

Thank you ! Isn't this for on or more projectors on a cylindrical screen and not for NVSurround fisheye correction...? 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
October 5, 201510 yr Isn't this for on or more projectors on a cylindrical screen and not for NVSurround fisheye correction...? Yes you are right, sorry I thought that maybe the soft could as well be used to generate a one distorted view to project to cylindrical surfaces...,?
October 5, 201510 yr We need Denali for this. Now that P3D has not fixed the stretched NVSurround view he is the only one that is capable of fixing this. 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
October 5, 201510 yr Btw : you can use Immerse Display Pro to "correct" the Distortion by stretching the middle part a bit and pushing the sides a bit together till everything looks the same when turning left/right. Everything will look corrected but geometrical the total image will be 5-7% stretched, but as it is one wide view it won't be noticable. Only if there are "people" in the scenery. 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
October 7, 201510 yr Does this work with Prepar3D 3.0? I have setup an airbus home cockpit and this would be useful. Soarbywire - Avionics Engineering
October 7, 201510 yr Yes, this works with P3D as it modifies the image onscreen. It can be used with every game . You can download it and try it free for 30 Days. After that it costs € 150.- ( this is real Warping software for up to 19 monitors ...) I started yesterday with it. Already I have made some progress If all NVSurround users dl the demo and try this we can come up with a Distortion fix. My resolution is 5920x1080... If you are able to use the same resolution I can provide you with my saved progress file as a starting point. AA etc , it all works.... You have to make the grid from Immerse Display Pro look a bit look this. That will correct the stretched sides. 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
October 7, 201510 yr I have been using it for over a year now as well and it is really good, specially the latest versions. The only issue is that we do not have a real 180 DOF view in P3D so that it will really expand that far. Maybe there is a way but ate least I have not been able to make it???

If I am correct you are using a curved screen . Have you tried with NVSurround and fixed the stretchec fisheye sides ? In my 2/3 cockpit a FOV of 100-120 degrees is according the real FOV. 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
October 17, 201510 yr Could use some help. Here's the deal. I have 3 24' HP 2310m monitors on a triplehead2 go. Where do I download the distortion fix and could you give me simple directions on how to use this. I know that the sides are stretched on P3Dv3.0 and everything else lol. Thanks for any input. Do I have to go in and set all resolutions (game, th2go, etc to all match? Well anyway.. Thanks. I have read most of these old posts and could never get it right. By the way, my monitors are widescreen. Is it really a 30day now and purchase. if it works...I will buy it Bob Morehead Bob M
October 22, 201510 yr If I am correct you are using a curved screen . Have you tried with NVSurround and fixed the stretchec fisheye sides ? In my 2/3 cockpit a FOV of 100-120 degrees is according the real FOV. Is it possible to do a 120 degree curve screen with one projector? Would be the 'cheaper' option and space saver than setting up 2 projectors. Soarbywire - Avionics Engineering
January 3, 201610 yr Hi, can someone send me the latest version of denali's tool, please? All links in this thread are dead. Many thanks, and happy new year! Reinhard , Aerospace Engineer

Hello Gerard - I have Immersive Display Pro as well and have been using it on 3 projectors but never considered using on on my three monitors to correct the fish-eye distortion. Great Idea! My resolution is 3840x1024 on 3 16x9 LCD monitors. Can I use the image you provided in your post to correct the fisheye or can you recommend setting or have a config file saved that I can load up to test? Well done! -Daniel
