License Activation

hi,

   Bought the base pack and the 300er pack earlier this week installed no prob on win8.1 but usual prob with joystick dropping out so full format.re-install to win 7 prob i am getting is while the license key for the base pack activates fine the one for the 300 er expansion gives me the error message invalid activation  any ideas
