Magenta CDI Needle Missing on Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 PFD

Hello all,

 

After I've set up a flight plan in the Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 FMC, when I press the "FMC" button above the PFD it is supposed to display a magenta CDI needle in the HSI but on mine for some reason it is completely missing. I've tried reinstalling the plane thinking it was a missing guage but no luck. Any suggestions on what it could be? I followed the sample flight from the manual perfectly also, but that magenta cdi needle is still missing.
