As LM have been so proactive, up till now, there is an expectation we shall reach some sort of nirvana. With FSX we made do in the knowledge things would never change... if all development stopped now I could barely wish for a better platform. .

October 1, 201411 yr 1 This time I waited until my third party add-ons had been updated (ASN and Orbx), and my install went without a hitch (thanks to Rob's excellent guide) ... and I've ONLY run all the patches (version 2.0 has been my only full install). I think some users were/are expecting too much. This update was the first that didn't make any obvious changes/additions, but was focused on fixing v.2.3's bugs.
