TrackIR and Using HDTV as monitor

I use a 42 inch HDTV as my monitor. I just received TrackIR 5. What would be the best way to mount the receiver. If I place it on top of of my TV it is way above my head and cannot receive head movement input. Any ideas would be most helpful.

Rob you have definitely identified a problem with big screens and TrackIR.

 

What about lower down on one of the sides.

You would need some type of adhesive I guess (Blue Tac?).

Would also need to angle the reflectors towards it.

Might work better with the TR active headset unit.
