777 has radio problem

Hello.It is almost perfect aircraft with one problem.If i shut down engines,shut plane to cold and dark or load it with cold and dark state and after it I prepared A/C for flight I can't contact to ATC.My radios are on buthhappens nothing.But if I have ready for take off state from the star I can contact with ATC and what may be problem?

Hi,

 

Check that the transmitter and receiver are both selected on the ACP. The T7 reflects accurately the function of the radios.

Just select VHF1 on the left comm unit. The button will illuminate to reflect this.

Can you post here screenshot of radio panel?How it should be?

 

There's a picture showing this exact think in the intro manual, which you should read.  We put a picture and a message about this in there because we knew it would trip up a lot of people.

 

Please read the intro manuals, even if you read nothing else.  A lot of work goes into the intro to help people get the feel for the plane without spending hours upon hours reading the FCTM and FCOMs.
