Aerosoft Airbus Extended Knobs Wont Turn

Hello, I have the airbus extended , when I right click on the knobs,such as, heading, altitude,speed, beside the dot appears nothing else hapents...does not letting me to adjust the heading, speed,altitude ... is anyone out there who can help me with this issue please?   thank you very much ...

Did you try pulling the knob out first? I believe if there is a dot above the knob, it is locked and cannot be adjusted until you pull out the knob first,
