I have about 17 20 fps with %40 traffic and autogen. Thinking about overclocking for now. 25 fps is very enough for me and I think I can run it with 4.8 gig.

Edit: Noise would not be a problem for me if it makes acceptable improve

I have 35-40 fps its a world of difference. I had about the same frames as you and I spent $800 on building a whole new rig and to me it was worth every penny.
