PMDG 747-400 fsx crash

Hello, whenever I load my PMDG 747-400 and want to change the views, outside or whatever fsx freezes and crashes, I've got fsx deluxe and a windows 8.1 HP laptop. Tried the HIGHMEMFIX and the UIAutomationCore.dll fix but it doesn't work. Any help is appreciable. Thank you.

Hi, it is only the known fatal error crash of fsx every i time i Switch, or better Said try to switch the view. Originaly it was a startup error that Said That there is an error wichs third party addin, pmdgoptions.dll, I placed the pmdg dlls and gauges if the 747 in the fsx main folder, and then the plane loads bit then 1 minute later fsx crashes every time or when I switch the view, tried to uninstall it as it happened with the md-11, the only pmdg product I run without problems is the 777
