Microsoft Visual 2008 is out of date. Latest version is 6161. Yours is 4148. Get the latest version here - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368. You do not need the x64 versions (64 bit versions) of 2005 and 2008 as I doubt you have any problems installed on your system that were made for 64 bit systems. It does not hurt to leave them installed though. Just need the x86 or 32 bit versions.
