Reinstallation of PMDG 747-400X

I recently uninstalled the 747 to reinstall it because of some sort of missing file that I was getting a warning for and after I have done that I am unable to revalidate my product and am therefore not able to reinstall it.  I have attempted to contact the PMDG team without success and have absolutely no clue what I should do at this point.  Anything will help.

No name on an installation validation problem is always suspect. Full name would help and is required anyway in PMDG forums.

 

How did you attempt to contact PMDG? They switched from email to web-based support couple years ago, open a trouble ticket at support.precisionmanuls.com and provide your order information from the PMDG eCommerce email you received on initial purchase.

could you elaborate on the no name on validation?

I just tried the e-mail.  I put in a ticket earlier this afternoon.

What Dan was trying to tell you, subtly, was that it is requirement of this PMDG Forum----it belongs to them, not Avsim----that you need to declare your full name when making a post to PMDG, otherwise you run the risk of getting your post deleted, as per PMDG's own rules, and thus you would have no help.
