cannot load main panel with assigned N button

only way I can do it is via menu/views/instrument panel/F2Crew/main panel

n button isn't  assigned to another  function, running  fsx as admin the only things I can think off

no I have made sure that their is no conflict with the N button and I am running FSX and FS2Crew with admin rights but thanks anyway

are you both sure you assigning  a key   in the  autofeather arm/off  as explained in the manual on page 15

try assigning a keystroke to something else and see if it is saved,such as n to auto brakes increase

me too Pete, I suspect its an issue to do with saving the modified Con fig file.

Also verify that the choosen key is not assigned to a B777 function.

Go to the FMC Menu, Simulation, key commands.

For me, for example, I have setup the C key to Cancel/recall in the B777, so I can't use this key to popup the panel and I am using another key.

also make sure your uac is turned off   since it might night be  saving  the command in fsx

that worked fine Bryan thanks I have now used the C  button although not visible in  settings my N  button must be assigned to something else. FYI Pete my uac is off.

Glad that it working for you, when you selected  the n key  in fsx settings  it would have told you n  was used   for  another  function  since  took me  a couple of  goes  to find  the right key,  kept on saying  the key you have selected is used  for such and such
