Support Options for Active Sky Products

This is an unofficial forum for members who would like to share information, techniques, and issues with fellow AVSIM members.  This is NOT an official forum for technical support.

 

For official support, the developer of Active Sky products has stated the following:  "We have created a new technical support forum that is monitored by developers and staff constantly, and is the official support mechanism. Note that you must be a registered customer and provide valid verifiable registration details during sign up in order to receive support via this method.

 

The new forum is at http://www.hifitechinc.com/forums "

"Our Support Center portal and ticketing system at http://support.hifitechinc.com remains the preferred support option, as it enables us to collect logs and account identifying information, forward to appropriate staff, and document/track all correspondence. All order/billing/license issues will need to be handled via our SupportCenter portal to protect your personal information. However, the technical support forum is now also available for those who prefer this format."
