You can position your mouse cursor over any corner, hold down the mouse button and drag to enlarge. If you place it on an edge, you can stretch the window but it does not change much for content.

Holding down the mouse button with the cursor not on an edge or corner allows you to drag the window around as needed.

 

After clicking anywhere within the RC/FSUIPC display window you must click within the FS window panel view, etc, to return mouse and keyboard control back to FS. If you do not, RC will not recognize your menu keystrokes which pass through FS itself.
