I started up FSX today and noticed that for some reason my yoke is acting up.  I have never had a problem before.  I started a flight and then on autopilot the yoke turned right and was stuck right.  I restarted FSX multiple times and as soon as it loaded the yoke was locked in a right turn in the simulator.  I checked calibration and everything was fine so I am not sure what is going on. I was able to pull it to the left and then it went immediately back to the right.  Obviously it is impossible when the yoke is turned all the way to the right yet my actually controller is in detent.  Any thoughts?

Are you using FSUIPC?

Are the USB connector contacts clean? Ports? Try a different port?

Do you have FSUIPC? If you are using it for flight controls, disable default FSX assigments - disable joystick via FSX menu.

Is that happens with all planes or with specific addon? Check that autopilot is off also :)

I have tried all aircraft and different ports. I have FSUIPC but don't use for the yoke, only pedals and throttles.

If you look at the axis in Windows (so removing FSX and FSUIPC all together) joystick properties, do they respond appropriately?

Do you have another controller, besides a throttle or rudder pedals, connected, that may be interfering with your yoke? Have you tried unplugging your throttle and rudder pedals to see if the problem persists? One last question, have you tried disabling all controllers in FSX, and setting everything up in FSUIPC?

All I have connected is my saitek yoke, rudder pedals and my Saitek Rhino  X55.  I have tried disabling them in fsx and just using FSUIPC, but no change.  Same thing.  I can't figure out why it looks fine in calibration but in the cockpit it is jumping around.

Regarding the 'jumping around'; sounds like your yoke may need a bit of cleaning on the inside. Other than that, I'm at a loss. Sorry.

In fsx the controls section, go to the 3rd tab axis assignments, are the assignments all wrong? by default my rudder pedals were assigned weird axis, instead of toe brakes, they were assigned elevator and  ailerons!
