Have you asked in the Majestic forum? One approach would be to locate the lights section in the aircraft.cfg file and see which effects file they use and substitute it with another.

If the lights are hard coded in the VC you need to contact Majestic.

What does it look like from the VC?

Vic

Vic, the landing/taxi light ground splashes are not in the aircraft.cfg file at all, nor are they in the VC.

They are usually the fx_landing.fx effect file attached to an invisible polygon in the exterior model.

However, those do not appear to be effect files at all. They appear to be "Lotus type" lighted polygons. If so, then it is likely that discovering what texture(s) are used and making an adjustment to the RGB and/or Alpha channels could modulate the brightness.

It look like to find a solution is more difficult than I thought.

"What does it look like from the VC?"

Meaning, when you are looking at he landing lights from inside the cockpit (VC view) do they look as bright as the outside view in your screenshot (post #1)?

I use

1-Alt+Printscreen

2-Irfan View

3-Imageshack

I tried VC Cockpit, inside cockpit light dimmer.

All other combinations Landing Lights remains Bright.

If I download Screenshot Utility. Can it cause any problem with P3D software?
