182C out of Alaska ... nice weather?

Recommended Posts

I'm a little suspicious about how nice the weather was ... but it made for a nice flight.  37 Kts SW winds at FL120.

Cheers, Rob.

Is this little beauty worth it?

Loaded question that I can't answer ... it's NOT the same as the 172, it does indeed feel heavier and is more challenging to fly.  Still can't figure out how to get the fuses out to check ... lots of details.

Like I said in another thread, only criticism is the night lighting on the gauges ... can't get them to look good at any dimmer setting.

Cheers, Rob.

Fuses in a 182 are flush mounted. They can only be checked when they pop.

Excellent, thank you.

Cheers, Rob.
