No!! There are about 700 gauges. There's a lot of work for a single sim pilot.

Yup! That doesn't include the behind the scenes stuff which control all the processes. Today I've just finished the load sheet. No just sticking a number into the FMC for fuel, you have to calculate and upload the fuel yourself.

i.e. set the underwing dials and turn on the pumps.

I've read that thread. If the VC-10 was still in service, you'd have your systems trainer for the crew right in FSX.

Nope, that amounted to maybe half a dozen queries, aside from wondering once or twice if anyone ever noticed what I did right, support was one of the more rewarding parts of the project. The 60% discrepancy between projected and actual sales on the other hand... Had I known the reality I would have chuckled to myself and found something else to waste a couple years on, lol.

I hear that model trains are a pretty good hobby if you have the money to support it. *Chuckle*
