I own 310R but bought from Flight 1. patch for GTN750?

I have the 310R bought last year from flight1. Is there a patch from Milviz to get my GTN 750 to show up and work?

 

This is a fully 3D modeled representation of the 750 right?

 

Thought I'd ask before installing my copy of the 310R in P3D. Not even sure I have the right version?

What is in v2 for $9.99?  Is it only for P3Dv2? Or is v2 also for FSX?

you have to own the FSX version if you want to just pay the upgrade price of 9.99.
