a friend of mine wanted to send me PMDG 777 as a gift. But the problem was he wanted to download it himself and forward it to me. I received a message from him stating he had a hard time figuring out how is this done or if it is ever possible at all.

 

He lives in Austria while i live in the United States.

 

any idea if this is actually possible him purchasing the product and forwarding it to me? thanks

Have your friend open a trouble ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com, he'll have to create a support account because support accounts are not the same as sales accounts. He should specify what he wants to do and PMDG will advise on how to get it done.

I know it's always nice to get a gift from a friend but to be honest it would be far better if they just lodged money in your PayPal account, and pay for it yourself. It would solve problems both now and if you ever need support form PMDG in the future.
