PMDG Support ignores my request! Not satisfied costumer!

Recommended Posts

Dear PMDG TEAM,

I tryed several times to contact the support regarding an expired download link for the PMDG 777 Basepack. The support sent me a new download link after i bought an extended downloadlink for a few euros. The link they sent me was just for the Extension Pack not for the Basepack that i requested. After I wrote several email regarding that issue i didnt get any answere! They just ignore me!

It is not a good way to show how you care about your costumer. I paid a lot of money and even more for a produkt without a satisfying result. And btw how difficult can that be to send the right link!!!! I m waitng now a few weeks without beeing able to consum the produkt i bought for almost 100 dollar

Request help now!

Regards Andre

(Im not complaining about your produkt so dont get me wrong, it is amazing!)

Did you open a new support ticket?

It can get quite busy at the weekend,so a bit of patience may be required.

The team could probably find your ticket if you'd used your full name.

Perhaps you should submit another ticket.

As it stands, I highly doubt they're ignoring your ticket and subsequent emails.

I would be HIGHLY surprised if they answered your emails, seeing as email support was stopped back in 2010.

As others have said:

- Sign your posts with your full, real, name. This will help PMDG debs passing by to identify your problem.

- use the support system and send a new ticket.

After the initial ticket, it goes to emails back and forth. I think that's what he's referring to.

The ticket system sends and can import emails but they're basically just copies of what's going on internally with the system. We do not have any sort of support that starts with an email - it has to start with a ticket.

Andre - we clear out the tickets multiple times per day on most days - a simple redownload ticket is not going to be "ignored" by us, we process a ton of them every day.

The link they sent me was just for the Extension Pack not for the Basepack that i requested.

When you request a re download via a ticket ( the only way to do it), you are asked to include all of your original order numbers in the request to ensure nothing gets missed. I re downloaded as soon as SP1c was issued by requesting for the " the 777 product line" and received notification via email that my URLs for same were now active for thirty days.

1) did you include all info with your request?

2) you say you only received a "link" for the expansion pack. Did you actually go into your account at the PMDG store and check what URLs for what products were active?

I have had only a few problems here and there when purchasing from PMDG, all of them mine.

Rick Hobbs
