Missing glare shield

Thats very odd! You're the only customer to report this issue. Myself and Mark will look into it and keep you posted.

Hey Zoran. A few questions:

 

Have you tried to modify any of the texture files that come with the aircraft?

What simulator are you using?

Does it happen at night AND during the day?

Joe, no texture mods and the Sim is FSX. However just noticed more problems as you can see in the PIC . This happens when I switch the panel light on

 

The problem is not your end but mine as this happened once before with the Antonov an2 with the panel at night although it sorted itself out on its own eventually

 

Strange as the PC has plenty of grunt (see profile) and both aircraft are light on FPS.  All my other planes are heavy hitters eg PMDG  and no problems, just one of those things I guess..

No worries, Ive been meaning to grab a copy of the DX10 fixer anyway and this gives me a good excuse to get it so dont knock yourself out trying to find a solution for me :-)

Better use your resources on developing your next plane, just make sure it works in DX10!

Joe, etal.  You and Mark are doing a great job on enhancing and supporting this beautiful aircraft.   As mentioned to you guys in my previous emails to you, beautiful work.

 

Still playing around with the sounds for myself. If anything, just to learn something new. Going stir crazy not being able to fly my schedule.

David, the pic isnt mine, I just googled airplane pics and it was in there somewhere. Speaking of sounds I added flap and gear, mainly so I can tell what phase Im at. RW pilots have the benefit of Drag/inertia rumble etc to add to situation awareness and simmers dont have that, dont want to land with sparks flying especially on Vatsim

Problems all solved    so thread can be closed if you like

Wish I had of installed Dx10 fixer earlier, its a game changer

Zoran, Thanks for the headsup on the Aerostar image. Just d/l a 1920x1080  for wallpaper.  Really Cool!
