Run-Time error '75' RC4 in P3Dv2.3

Recommended Posts

I have RC 4.3.3845 running with P3Dv2.3 using FSUIPC 4.936.  When I enter a keyboard command for RC I get the following error message:

Run-time error '75'

RadarContact.fsuipc.rcv4code

Any suggestions?

Regards

Jim

Jim,

A simple search of "error 75" in this forum found this post. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/450916-radarcontactfsuipcrcv4code/?view=findpost&p=3071117&hl=%22error+75%22

As the person who raised it didn't come back with an answer it's reasonable to assume Ronzie's reply was the solution.

Try fsuipc 4.937 then 4.937d:

http://forum.simflight.com/topic/66139-updated-modules/

For the shortcut to RC be sure run as admin is enabled in both the first and second (advanced) properties dialogs and that when back to the first click Apply before OK to exit the properties functions.

When setting the flt/wxr path in RC be sure you do not cancel out of the explorer type dialog but OK it each time.

Be sure your P3D path is correct in RC.

In the RC window pre-flight is the plan showing OK after loading it?

Thanks Ron,

Upgrading fsuipc from 4.936 to 4.937 and making sure that both RC shortcut advanced settings were set to "run as administrator" worked.  I didn't have to go to fsuipc 4.927d.  I did get a warning when loading fsuipc saying my version of P3D (2.3.11345.0) was newer than it was aware of, but that doesn't seem to be an issue.

Regards,

Jim :-)

One more follow up.  I just upgraded to P3D (2.4.11570.0) and RC is still working fine.  Thanks again. -- Jim
